In her 13 years with Chick-fil-A, Allison established training programs for franchisees, designed peer to peer coaching programs, consulted franchisees on restaurant training systems, supported large change initiatives, and most recently developed and launched a custom learning management platform for Chick-fil-A’s internal consultants.
